Jeffrey Alan Henderson leads the independent agency And Them. With a focus on human connection and a broad collective with talents in design+engineering+sourcing+branding+marketing, he has been able to create impact with brands like Nike, Converse, Under Armour, PYNRS, Yeezy and Everlane.
After earning his engineering degree from Georgia Tech, Jeffrey Alan Henderson lead product design teams at Nike & Cole Haan for 15 years - Running, Nike Sportswear, Tokyo Design Studio. Since 2014 the Ohio native has lead projects through his creative agency while educating the next generation through the workforce development nonprofit GoodThin.gs.
Today Jeffrey pays it forward through his advisory positions at NYCBOSS in Hell’s Kitchen and the FC Harlem soccer club.
